Meet Health Coach Lucy

Hi, I’m Lucy, a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Youth Strength and Conditioning Coach with a real passion for helping kids move better, feel stronger, and thrive in their sport. With years of experience coaching young athletes, I focus on building confidence, coordination, and injury-proof strength in a fun and supportive environment.


As a proud mum to two sports-mad boys—Charlie (11) and Ollie (8)—I know just how important it is to channel their energy in a way that supports their development and keeps their love for sport alive. Whether your child dreams of scoring goals, smashing personal bests, or simply moving with more confidence, I’m here to help them unlock their full potential.
